State Administrative Agency [SAA]

The State Administrative Agency (SAA) is the only entity eligible to apply for and submit the application for the UASI and other programs; State Homeland Security Program (SHSP), Operation Stonegarden (OPSG), and the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP).
