Regional Communications & Technology [RCTC]

The Regional Communications and Technology Committee (RCTC) is charged with the development and maintenance of a communications infrastructure plan that facilitates and supports the timely exchange of information and coordination, including provisions for interoperability among participating jurisdictions and entities during a regional emergency response.
