Memorandum of Understanding [MOU]

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a binding agreement required of an agency when an application for funds is explicit in collaboration with partnering organizations. The MOU provides documentation that demonstrates the organizations have consulted and coordinated the responsibilities of their grant activities. MOUs are generated between ARC/UASI and our local jurisdictions for equipment and services during each grant cycle.
