Equitable Transit Oriented Development [ETOD]

Equitable Transit-Oriented Development involves undertaking transit oriented development – transportation planning that centers around building density and mobility options around new or existing transit stations – with an equity-focused frame of reference, such as by explicitly working to create access for environmental justice communities.
